Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Supplier Paradise is operated by Ecom Paradise LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the site, create an account, purchase a membership, use the supplier directory, or contact us.

Information we collect

  • Account and membership information: information you provide at registration or checkout, such as your name, email address, username, account profile, and billing details requested by the checkout form. We keep membership status, orders, payment references, and renewal or cancellation records to manage your access.
  • Communications: information you send by email, contact requests, supplier corrections, or support messages.
  • Site usage: technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies support login, security, analytics, and service functionality.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and paid membership access, process and record payments, manage renewals and cancellations, respond to questions, maintain and improve the directory, understand site use, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Payments and service providers

Membership accounts and orders are managed through WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro. PayPal processes payments through its checkout service and handles payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the payment and subscription information needed to confirm orders and manage access. Hosting, security, email, and other service providers may process information needed to operate the site.

Analytics, cookies, and session recordings

We use Google Analytics through Site Kit and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use Supplier Paradise. These services may collect device, usage, and interaction data using cookies or similar technologies. Clarity can provide heatmaps and session replays of interactions such as clicks and scrolling. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement for their practices.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect login and membership functionality. Where a consent choice is presented, you can manage optional tracking through that choice. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Affiliate links and external websites

Some links are affiliate links. Third-party merchants, affiliate networks, and embedded services may receive information when you interact with their links or services and may use their own cookies. Their privacy policies apply on their sites. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Sharing and retention

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the site and fulfill memberships, and where required by law or necessary to protect the site and its users. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, including account support, security, payment records, and legal obligations. Canceling a membership stops future renewal charges but does not automatically delete your account or records.

Your privacy questions and requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing trevor@supplierparadise.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for legal, security, or transaction purposes. Rights and available choices depend on your location.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest update. For questions, contact Ecom Paradise LLC at trevor@supplierparadise.com.
