Supplier Paradise is operated by Ecom Paradise LLC. These terms apply to use of this website, its supplier directory and resources, and memberships purchased through the site.
Membership billing and renewals
The selected plan’s price, billing interval, and included services are shown before payment. Recurring monthly plans renew each month and recurring annual plans renew each year until you cancel. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the recurring charges shown at checkout until cancellation. One-time lifetime directory access has no renewal charge and includes directory access and standard directory updates while Supplier Paradise operates the directory. Coaching, done-for-you recruiting, and separately priced services are included only when expressly listed in your selected plan.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a recurring membership at any time from My Account: find your membership, choose Cancel, and confirm the cancellation. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future renewal charges. Your membership access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or records.
If you cannot access your account or need cancellation help, email trevor@supplierparadise.com. Keep your cancellation confirmation and contact us promptly if you see an unexpected charge.
No refunds
All purchases are non-refundable, including initial payments and renewal charges. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for unused time or partial billing periods. You may cancel future renewals at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. This policy does not limit any refund or other rights that applicable law requires.
Your account and permitted use
Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Membership resources are for your own business research; do not share account access, resell access, redistribute the directory, or copy it in bulk without written permission. Use the site lawfully and respect the rights of suppliers and other users.
Informational content and supplier research
Our guides, directory listings, outreach scripts, and coaching provide general information and business research support, not individualized legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility.
A directory listing is a research lead, not a guarantee of supplier approval, authorized dropshipping, product quality, suitability, compliance, pricing, availability, delivery, profitability, or commercial terms. Verify current dealer, reseller, fulfillment, territory, warranty, and legal requirements directly with the supplier before acting.
Accuracy, availability, and third-party links
We work to keep the site useful and current, but provider information can change. We do not guarantee that every listing or page is complete, error-free, or suitable for your business, or that service will be uninterrupted. External websites and providers operate under their own terms. Some links may be affiliate links; see our Affiliate Disclosure.
Intellectual property
Site content may not be copied, republished, resold, or redistributed without permission, except where applicable law allows. Supplier names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, payment, communication, and usage information is handled. We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the latest version; any changes remain subject to applicable law.
